Minh

Minh was also born and raised in what was formerly known as Saigon, the capitol of Vietnam, where she first met her now husband Nam.  Before establishing Saigon Kitchen, Minh’s restaurant experience began in her early teens working as a cashier at her family-owned Dim Sum Banquet in Vietnam.  Growing up with a family who also valued the nature of hospitality and foodservice, Minh naturally grew an appreciation as well for the restaurant business.  Consequently, with her accounting and food service experience, appointing Minh as manager was undoubtedly an obvious decision.  Today, Minh is known as “The Boss Lady” and she holds down the fort at Saigon Kitchen, keeping our family of employees in check and managing the front to keep service running smoothly.
